Job summary

Vila Vita Parc in the Algarve, Portugal, seeks an Ultra-Luxury Villa Guest Experience Supervisor to manage the on-site villa operation and guest journey. The role combines personalised hosting with hands-on leadership, guiding the villa team to deliver flawless service and unforgettable moments for discerning guests.

You will interact with international clients, anticipate preferences, coordinate with departments, and uphold the highest standards of privacy, discretion and luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in ultra-luxury hospitality or private villas.
Experience leading and coordinating operational teams.
Fluency in English required; Portuguese a plus.
Discretion, impeccable presentation, strong guest focus.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for daily villa operation and guest experience.
Act as primary guest contact before arrival and during stay.
Anticipate needs and personalise guest experiences.
Lead and supervise on-property villa team.
Coordinate housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, transport, activities.
Ensure villa is impeccably presented and guest-ready.
Safeguard guest privacy and maintain discretion.
Uphold Vila Vita Parc and Leading Hotels standards.
