Atlean World in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish Advertisers Support Specialist to assist customers via email, chat, and phone and to become a product expert on our HR SaaS platform.

You will troubleshoot issues, deliver clear guidance, and help abroad multilingual users while embracing a dynamic, multicultural team. The role includes a 12-month renewable contract and relocation support, meal vouchers, and private health insurance after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and good English.
• EU passport or resident card for Portugal.
• Tech-savvy and curious about latest technology.
• Customer-facing experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
