Job summary

DePuy Synthes, the orthopaedics arm of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is seeking a Sales Representative Trauma to drive the Lisboa region, building relationships with orthopaedic trauma surgeons and hospital teams while delivering clinically supported product solutions.

You will translate insights into actions, support education and demonstrations, and manage key accounts with integrity and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, Marketing or related area.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English communication skills.
• Available to travel within the Lisboa region.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance: translate territory and account insights into clear commercial actions.
• Build strategic customer partnerships with orthopaedic trauma surgeons and hospital teams across public and private hospitals in Lisboa.
• Deliver clinical excellence in theatre support for DePuy Synthes Trauma technologies.
• Accelerate portfolio adoption through product demonstrations and professional education initiatives.
