Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional interpretation services for Insurance, Legal, and Medical (General and Forensic) sectors.
• Interpret conversations accurately and precisely in both Ukrainian and English via phone and video channels.
• Assist in bridging communication gaps between clients and service providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interpretation tasks.
• Stay updated with relevant terminology and industry-specific knowledge.
• Manage hybrid tasks efficiently, adapting to various channels of communication.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (C1 level or higher, written and spoken).
• Valid Residence Permit for Portugal, Certificate of Temporary Protection or a EU member state nationality
• Residence in Portugal is required
• Previous experience in professional interpretation, particularly in Insurance, Legal, or Medical fields, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology related to the specified fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for handling phone and video calls.
• Availability to work on rotational shift pattern, 24/7 (higher payment applicable for working on Sundays, public holidays and covering night hours)
