• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Excellence, or Project Management.
• Proven experience supporting business management, governance, transformation, or strategic initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory; Power BI dashboards are required.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear, concise executive presentations.
