Konecta in Lisbon is seeking a passionate Training & Quality Manager to elevate performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will lead the quality and training agenda, inspire teams, and build robust learning programs that scale across the business.

The role focuses on coaching, analytics, and driving continuous improvement to embed a culture of excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Established experience in Training, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, or similar roles.
• 1–2 years managing teams and/or departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and elevate our Quality & Training strategy across the business.
• Create engaging onboarding and development programs that truly make an impact.
• Monitor quality performance and turn insights into action plans.
• Coach and support teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence.
• Analyze KPIs and quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure high service standards and process consistency.
• Partner with leaders to build a high-performance culture.
