TD SYNNEX Academy, the technical training and certification division of TD SYNNEX, seeks a Training Program Manager to lead a portfolio of vendor training and certification programs across Europe. You will work with vendors, country Academy teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs launch, adoption, and alignment with market needs.

• Experience within IT training, technical education, certification programs, learning services, or partner enablement.
• Ideally experience working with technology vendors and partner ecosystems.
• Ideally knowledge of the IT channel and vendor certification landscape.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to evaluate program performance and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic vendor training and certification programs across Europe.
• Act as the primary Academy contact for assigned vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring successful program execution.
• Drive the rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of vendor programs across multiple countries.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Coordinate with local Academy teams to ensure consistent execution of training initiatives throughout the region.
• Ensure training portfolios, certification paths, learning journeys, and schedules remain aligned with vendor strategies and requirements.
• Analyze program data, training demand, certification trends, and vendor investments to identify growth opportunities and improvement actions.
• Lead communication around program updates, portfolio changes, new initiatives, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Units, vendor teams, and Academy stakeholders to support the development of training offerings that address market needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor on vendor education programs, certification frameworks, and learning solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of Academy processes, tools, reporting capabilities, and operational excellence.

Job Purpose:

TD SYNNEX Academy is the technical training and certification division of TD SYNNEX, helping partners and end customers develop the skills, certifications, and technical capabilities needed to succeed in an evolving technology landscape.

As Training Program Manager , you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of vendor-authorized training and certification programs across Europe. Working closely with vendors, country Academy teams, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure programs are successfully launched, adopted, optimized, and aligned with both vendor requirements and market needs.

This is a highly collaborative program management position focused on driving the success of Academy initiatives , improving program performance, and enabling consistent execution across the European region.
