Reach Velocity - Emerging Technology ?? ?? is seeking energetic individuals to start as Trainee Recruitment Consultants in Cascais/Lisbon with a hybrid work model. You receive a €1,500 monthly base from day one and uncapped commission based on placements in the US technology market.

There is a clear progression path from Trainee to Consultant to Senior Consultant, with Year 1 OTE €30,000–€40,000 and Year 2 OTE €45,000–€60,000+ depending on performance. High achievers can earn significantly more.

Want to build a career where you could be earning €50k+ within two years, based on your performance rather than your age or experience?

Reach Velocity is expanding its team in Portugal and we're looking for ambitious people to train as Recruitment Consultants working across the US technology market.

You’ll receive a €1,500 monthly base from day one, alongside uncapped commission on successful placements.

Our minimum placement fee is $25,000, so individual placements can generate significant commission.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to stay a trainee.

The goal is to train you to become a genuine 360 recruiter capable of headhunting exceptional candidates, managing US clients, developing new business and eventually building your own recruitment desk.

The earning trajectory

Year 1: €30k–€40k OTE

Learn the market, become effective at candidate delivery and start making placements.

Year 2: €45k–€60k+ OTE

Develop into a 360 consultant, make more placements, start winning business and build your own client base.

High performers can earn considerably more. Commission is uncapped.

You don’t need previous recruitment experience.

We’re looking for people with excellent English who are ambitious, confident, competitive, resilient and comfortable speaking with new people.

You’ll work across some of the fastest-growing areas of US technology including AI, robotics, autonomous systems and aerospace, speaking with engineers, executives, founders and technology companies.

Your progression is straightforward:

Trainee → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Principal / Team Lead

We’re building the Portugal operation now, so the people joining at this stage have the opportunity to grow with it rather than joining at the bottom of an established recruitment office.

Hybrid working with around two in-person days/meet-ups per week in the Cascais/Lisbon area.
