Guerlain in Portugal seeks a Trade Marketing professional to coordinate local marketing plans, support the retail team with assets, and oversee POS deployment across roughly 180 stores nationwide. The ideal candidate holds a business degree and 3+ years in trade marketing and visual merchandising, able to drive execution cross-functionally with marketing and external suppliers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (required).
• At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, retail activation coordination and visual merchandising.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Collaborative with marketing, retail and external suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute the local trade marketing plan across retailers.
• Support retail team and Beauty Consultants with tools, materials and visibility assets.
• Oversee POS materials deployment across ~180 points of sale in Portugal.
• Lead in-store and out-of-store launches for fragrance, skincare and makeup activations.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns and events including Christmas activations and decoration.
• Track ROI and KPIs of activations to inform future decisions.
• Planogram and POS adaptation and VIP merchandising guidelines across retail environments.
• Coordinate podiums and window campaigns rollout with strong brand visibility.
