Guerlain Portugal is seeking a Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Specialist to coordinate the local trade marketing plan, lead launches and oversee POS deployment across about 180 stores nationwide.

You will bring 3+ years in trade marketing, strong execution and project management skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Collaborating with marketing, retail teams and suppliers, you’ll deliver high visibility activations that enhance customer experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Trade Marketing, retail activation coordination and visual merchandising.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with marketing, retail and external suppliers.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate local trade marketing plan across retailers for timely activation.
• Provide day-to-day support to retail team and Beauty Consultants with tools and materials.
• Oversee POS materials deployment across ~180 points of sale in Portugal.
• Lead in-store and out-of-store launches of fragrance, skincare and makeup activations.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns and events, including Christmas activations and engraving services.
• Track ROI and KPIs of trade activations to inform future decisions.
• Planogram and POS adaptation across retail environments.
• Coordinate merchandising implementation at POS with premium execution.
• Manage suppliers and partners for VM materials and campaigns.
• Support new counter openings and national window campaigns rollout.
• Deliver local events and retail animations to strengthen brand presence.
