We are looking for an experienced Senior Test & Acceptance Manager to lead the testing and acceptance strategy for a large-scale international transformation programme within the financial services sector.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and governing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Acceptance (EUA) activities across multiple markets, ensuring business readiness and successful delivery of complex releases. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams, driving quality, governance and continuous improvement throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall testing strategy for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Acceptance (EUA).
- Establish governance frameworks, acceptance criteria, entry and exit gates, and sign-off processes across multiple markets and releases.
- Drive the adoption of test automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve testing efficiency and quality.
- Ensure alignment between testing activities, programme milestones and strategic objectives.
- Provide programme-level visibility on testing readiness and acceptance status.
- Oversee UAT and EUA planning across all workstreams, ensuring consistency and alignment.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and geographical locations.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation actions.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Business Operations, IT, Quality Assurance and business stakeholders.
End User Acceptance & Client Engagement
- Define and manage end-user acceptance strategies, including client participation and validation approaches.
- Build strong relationships with clients, market participants and external stakeholders.
- Align acceptance activities with migration plans, client readiness and communication strategies.
- Gather, prioritise and incorporate client feedback into programme delivery.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Act as the senior owner for all acceptance activities across the programme.
- Engage with senior business leaders and programme stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the escalation and resolution of critical testing and acceptance issues.
- Support go/no-go decisions for major programme milestones.
Risk, Quality & Business Readiness
- Maintain oversight of acceptance-related risks, issues and quality metrics.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure testing effectiveness and programme readiness.
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Support the transition from testing into migration, cutover and go-live activities.
- Ensure all acceptance deliverables are complete, auditable and aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in senior testing, test management, acceptance management or programme leadership roles within financial services or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of post-trade services, securities settlement, custody or market infrastructure.
- Experience managing client testing programmes, including UAT, End User Acceptance, industry testing or market-wide migrations.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with IEEE testing standards and ISTQB (or equivalent) certification is highly desirable.
- Practical experience with test automation and AI-enabled testing solutions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex international environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
Annual gross salary: €40,000 – €45,000, depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package.
