The Test Centre (TCE) is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead a portfolio of test projects, forecast budgets, and ensure overall quality and on-time delivery. You will organize workshops, design test strategies, and manage resources and risks across life insurance and banking applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide steering support within delegated project scope.
• Decide Go/No Go to start tests and ensure user participation.
• Oversee test execution and registration of results in the test tool.
• Prepare project test reports and inputs for closure report.
• Identify improvement areas for estimations, processes and procedures.
• Update reference documentation at project end and review with team.

The Test Centre (TCE) provides test services to the company in Nanterre, based on a well-defined, matured and proven test strategy and methodology. Its main activities are tests strategy, design, execution and closure. The TCE has been involved in test projects for the main areas of the company, "Savings" and "Protection", performing tests strategy, design and execution in most used applications such as ORION, HERA, GLIS.

What will you do?

• Manage a portfolio of test projects.
• Forecast the budget required, follow-up the activity, costs, budget, quality and timeline.
• Manage the test activity from the initial scoping activities until the end of the insurance period of the project while ensuring the quality of the deliverables and providing the required supports along the project.
• Alert the project regarding any missing document or discrepancies regarding testing documentation.
• Organise workshops to draft the overall test strategy for the project.
• Elaborate and prepare the different test levels and types required for the project.
• Organise users inputs during the test phases.
• Ensure the development, validation and communication of all test design deliverables of the project, in accordance with the commitments of the team and in compliance with applicable standards.
• Report the progress of the test design to the project manager and his/her hierarchy.
• Develop and monitor the planning, macro-calculations and detailed calculations of the different types and levels required for the test project.
• Identify the necessary means (material, resources) for the test project.
• Identify, monitor and report the test-related risks and respective action plans.
• Organise the work to be performed by his team and inform the stakeholders about the progress.
• Control and follow-up the team commitments to the project regarding planning, budget and quality.
• Follow-up the delegation framework of a small project by providing steering support to the resource in charge of the tests (validation of the test strategy, budget and planning, design deliverables and closure activities).
• Decide the Go/No Go to start the tests.
• Ensure the user participation in the test process.
• Ensure the test execution of the project complying with the commitments of the team.
• Ensure the registration of the test results and defects in the reference tool.
• Report the test progress to the project manager and his/her hierarchy.
• Elaborate a report in accordance with the commitments of the team.
• Elaborate the project test report.
• Provide the necessary inputs to the project closure report.
• Identify the improvement axis regarding estimations, processes and procedures.
• Ensure the update of the reference documentation at the end of the project.
• At the end of the project perform a review with each resource of the test team.
• Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the creation of test reports.
• Manage project committees (test progress & defects).
• Report the required information for the Go/No Go.
• Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies.
• Manage resources and plan the team organization.
• Participate in the definition of the resources objectives in conjunction with their line manager and monitor their progress.
• Provide methodological support on specific topics during the project.
