Inetum in Lisbon is seeking a Test Leader to join our Team and drive quality across insurance and banking applications. You will design test strategy, master test plan, and lead one or more testers in an Agile environment while coordinating with stakeholders and reporting progress.

Hybrid work with office in Lisbon. French language mandatory; English a plus. The role offers opportunities for growth within a structured Test Centre serving Savings and Protection domains.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test activities.
• Ability to build a test strategy and test schedule, and to manage one or more software testers.
• Strong coordination, motivation and communication skills.
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking with strong summarisation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan, ensuring alignment with project methodology and established standards.
• Design Business Analyst tests, input test subjects into the dedicated tool, and guarantee the correct prioritisation of tests within scope.
• Execute tests, input results into the dedicated tool, and report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality.
• Ensure communication to project stakeholders through the creation of test reports and management of project committees (test progress and defects).
• Provide information for Go/No Go decisions and report to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy.
• Identify, input, and contribute to prioritisation and correction of anomalies within the project.
• Participate in anomaly correction and posterior validation, and provide elements to draft final reports and procedures.
• Follow up on test analysts and contribute to the organisation of Business Analyst intelligence.

Main Tasks:

• Contribute to the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan, ensuring alignment with project methodology and established standards.
• Design Business Analyst tests, input test subjects into the dedicated tool, and guarantee the correct prioritisation of tests within scope.
• Execute tests, input results into the dedicated tool, and report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality.
• Ensure communication to project stakeholders through the creation of test reports and management of project committees (test progress and defects).
• Provide the information necessary for Go/No Go decisions and report directly to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy.
• Identify, input, and contribute to the prioritisation and correction of anomalies within the project.
• Participate in anomaly correction and posterior validation, and provide the necessary elements to draft final reports and procedures.
• Follow up on test analysts and contribute to the organisation of Business Analyst intelligence.

Profile:

• Degree in Informatics or a related area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in test activities.
• Knowledge of test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB).
• Ability to build a test strategy and test schedule, and to manage one or more software testers.
• Knowledge of Octane, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of API and SQL.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products is a plus.
• Strong coordination, motivation, and communication skills.
• Systematic, critical, and logical thinking with strong summarisation capabilities.

Language Skills:

• French is mandatory.
• English is a plus.
