Main Tasks

• Elaborate the automation test strategy, perform test management, and plan the rollout of automated test scripts.
• Estimate budget, timeframe, and return on investment for test automation initiatives, and perform POCs to assess technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate test scenarios into Gherkin, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Integrate automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines or create new pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Set up and maintain automated test infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure portability and reproducibility of test environments.
• Analyse and document test results, provide Go/No Go information, and report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality.
• Train developers and junior automation testers on automated test scripts, CI/CD integration, and Gherkin, while continuously updating knowledge of industry best practices.

Profile

• Degree in Informatics or a related area.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Automation activities.
• Expertise in Postman and JSON.
• Experience with Docker image creation, test environment management, and pipeline creation.
• Experience with ALM Octane.
• Knowledge of ISTQB test methodology principles and vocabulary.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or protection is a plus.
• Strong coordination, motivation, and communication skills.
• Systematic, critical, and logical thinking with strong summarisation capabilities.

Language Skills

• French is mandatory.
