Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Portugal. You will contribute to the design and execution of test cases, perform various testing types, and manage defects throughout the SDLC within an Agile/Scrum environment.

The role requires 5+ years in software testing, strong Portuguese language skills, and formal testing training. We offer hybrid work arrangements, strong career growth, and access to training in cutting-edge technologies.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical qualification in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software testing.
• Formal training in software testing.
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases.
• Experience with functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Experience in defect logging and defect management.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, CEFR level C1 or native speaker level.
