Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted.
• Basic knowledge of Pharma Market and related procedures.
• Fluency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct face to face presentations to customers.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• AZDL driver licence required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned activity goals for the territory with supervision.
• Conduct sales interviews and pre-call planning to identify learning from calls.
• Promote and sell products to GP and other healthcare providers.
• Identify target customers within territory and maintain records.
• Maintain records in reporting systems within required timescales.
• Utilize CRM systems to report daily calls.
• Organize group events within country regulations.
• Inform Line Manager about competitor activity and market changes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales knowledge and publications.
• Keep company equipment safe and in good state of repair.
• Share experiences to assist with sales training of colleagues.
• Document activity and KPIs with Line Manager.
• Complete career development courses and training as required.
• Report Adverse Events per guidelines.
• Represent IQVIA professionally per industry code.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
