EcoFarm Solutions in Faro, Portugal is hiring a Barista on a temporary basis to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, maintain the café area, and assist with inventory and promotions. The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of barista experience, knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed in the preparation and handling of food items
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date on current menu offerings and promotions
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
