VitalEssence Spa in Faro is seeking a Barista to create and serve coffee beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced shop.

You will handle orders and transactions, educate customers on brewing methods, and help manage ingredients. Prior barista or food & beverage experience, passion for coffee, excellent service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are required. Flexible hours and legal authorization to work in Faro are needed.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred.
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about new trends in the industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Faro without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espressos lattes cappuccinos and more
• Ensure consistent high quality of coffee and drinks by following proper recipes and techniques
• Maintain an organized and clean work area at all times
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers taking orders and handling transactions accurately
• Educate customers on different types of coffee beans brewing methods and flavors
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
