We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in the vibrant city of Faro.

As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a barista, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other hot/cold beverages according to company standards
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate various coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
• At least 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of different coffee types, roasts, origins
• Ability to operate coffee equipment efficientlyStrong attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Biometric passport preferred but not required

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location: This job is located in Faro, Portugal.
