Job summary

wBrain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a telecommunications project in Lisbon. You will coordinate the project lifecycle, gather and structure business and technical requirements, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure delivery of the defined scope.

You will be the bridge between business, technical and operations teams, ensuring clear requirements are documented and translated into actionable deliverables, with strong planning, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management and delivery monitoring.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Define and maintain project plans, scope, milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including external suppliers.
• Identify and manage stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure clear communication between business and technology teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Prepare status reports for management; lead governance meetings.
• Ensure deliverables meet business, technical and quality requirements.
• Support testing, validation, implementation and transition to operations.
