Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee telecom tower projects in a hybrid work setting in Portugal. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, a background in telecommunications, and solid knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and project tools.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience leading telecom infrastructure projects.
• Academic background in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge of mobile and roaming services, and telco site management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end telecom projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
