Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks an Engineering Unit Manager – Telecom Networks to lead a strategic engineering unit, driving growth, operational excellence, customer success, and people development.

You will define and execute the unit’s business strategy, own the P&L, and lead large multidisciplinary teams to deliver telecom programs and managed services. Strong leadership and telecom expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Engineering Services, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven leadership of large engineering organizations, business units, or delivery centers.
• Strong P&L management and business development experience.
• Track record of managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Telecom Networks, Managed Services, and Engineering Delivery.
• Knowledge of 5G, RAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS, Network Operations, or Cloud Network Transformation is highly valued.
• Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and execution focus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
