Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Service Technician to cover the Lisbon area. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, field service visits, and on-site installation, repair, and testing of equipment.

You will generate detailed service reports and collaborate with the technical team to meet customer needs. Candidates should have proven field service experience, be able to troubleshoot and repair technical equipment, and hold a technical degree or certification.

Formación

• Proven field service experience is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• English literacy; Portuguese native is preferred.
• Valid driving license and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
• Technical degree or certification is required.

Maintenance

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment systems (e.G., mechanical, electrical);
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capacity and yield;
• Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance);
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems;
• Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Field Service experience;
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment;
• English literacy Portuguese native Driving license Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules;
• Familiarity with mobiletools and applications;
• Technical degree or certification.
