Hutchinson Borrachas de Portugal in Campo Maior, Portugal, is seeking a Production Quality Technician to ensure the Quality Policy is implemented in the assigned production area and to contribute to product quality and overall performance.

You will coordinate process diagnostics, inspect measuring equipment, analyze problems with robust methodologies, and prepare technical reports. Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Quality and Problem-Solving tools (8D, SPC, Pareto, Ishikawa, FMEA).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency in English and/or French.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing within an industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and delivering technical presentations and reports.
• Participating in complaint analysis to ensure a rapid response to customers.

• Conducting internal audits of processes and products.
• Ensuring within your sector the use of valid documentation and qualified and calibrated manufacturing and measuring equipment.

Reporting to the Production Quality Responsible of Hutchinson Borrachas de Portugal at Campo Maior, as a Production Quality Technician, you will ensure the implementation of the Quality Policy of the OR&BS division within the production area assigned to you, contributing directly to the quality of the final product delivered to our customers, as well as to the overall performance of our company.

Your role As a Production Quality Technician, your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and carrying out process diagnostics, measuring equipment inspections, and operational procedure checks;

Analyzing and solving problems using robust problem-solving methodologies;

Preparing and delivering technical presentations and reports;

Participating in complaint analysis to ensure a rapid response to customers;

Monitoring the implementation and confirming the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions triggered following the detection of non-conforming products;

Conducting internal audits of processes and products;

Ensuring within your sector the use of valid documentation and qualified and calibrated manufacturing and measuring equipment.

Your profile Required Skills
