Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. We are seeking a Techno-Functional QA Engineer to join our Porto team in a hybrid model.

You will work with European financial market projects and collaborate across a multicultural team across several European countries. The role requires 3–5 years in QA, strong experience in functional testing, BDD, and test automation, plus Linux, Jenkins, Git, Python, and Shell scripting.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software testing, QA, or related role.
• Solid knowledge of functional testing, BDD and test automation frameworks.
• Good technical knowledge of Linux, Jenkins pipelines, Git, Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with database management, backend/API testing, and reporting of testing progress.
• Experience in banking, brokerage or financial markets, with fluent English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute test strategies, objectives, scope, acceptance criteria and test cases based on risk and business impact.
• Perform manual and automated testing, functional validation, regression testing and release validation across trading applications.
• Reproduce, analyse, document and track defects, collaborating with developers and QA teams to investigate issues and validate fixes.
• Contribute to test automation and CI/CD activities, using BDD, automation frameworks, Jenkins, Git, Linux, Python, Shell and databases.
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, coverage and results, while improving QA processes.

We are seeking a Techno-Functional QA Engineer to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

Here you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work in a project for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues and provides technology and managed services to third parties. You’ll also be able to experience a multicultural environment with a strong people culture, being on a team that is spread across several European countries, such as Denmark, Italy, Norway and Portugal.

Requirements

• -3–5 years of professional experience in software testing, Quality Assurance, or a related technical role.
• Solid knowledge of functional testing, BDD and test automation frameworks, including the ability to analyse, document and track defects.
• Good technical knowledge of Linux, Jenkins pipelines, Git, Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with database management, backend/API testing, and structured reporting of testing progress, risks, coverage and results.
• Experience in banking, brokerage or financial markets, with fluent English and Portuguese.
