Finastra in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Techno-Functional Consultant (Kondor / CTI) to support treasury, trade processing, and system optimisation. You will bridge functional and technical work, configuring Kondor components and contributing to end‑to‑end delivery with cross‑functional teams.

Training on KTP/CTI is provided, and you will collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Back Office, IT, and vendors while communicating in French and English.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in finance, treasury, trading, or capital markets.
• Good understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, and trade lifecycle.
• Ability to learn KTP/CTI quickly if not already known.
• Ability to perform small development tasks (SQL, shell, Java, XML, interface configs).
• Strong autonomy, initiative and ownership.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to challenge processes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse business requirements and propose improvements to treasury and trade-processing workflows.
• Translate functional needs into technical specifications (and the reverse).
• Configure and support Kondor components (trade processing, risk, treasury).
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: design, testing, deployment, documentation.
• Perform small development/scripting tasks (SQL, shell, Java, XML).
• Investigate incidents, support production, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Back Office, IT, and external vendors.
• Support continuous improvement and system optimisation.
• Communicate effectively in French and English with international teams.

You will work across both functional and technical activities, contributing to system configuration, analysis, incident investigation, and project delivery.

Experience with Kondor Trade Processing (KTP) or Corporate Treasury Innovation (CTI) is ideal, but training is available for strong consultants eager to learn.

What You Will Do

• Act as a techno‑functional expert for KTP and CTI (training provided if needed).

What You Bring

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kondor+, KTP, or CTI.

• Experience in banking or financial services.

• Knowledge of APIs, REST, MQ, and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
