EXADS is a fast-moving ad-tech startup with offices in Porto. We are seeking a hands-on Technical Success Manager who bridges complex technology and client outcomes.

You will own technical problems end-to-end, work with data and ad-platform specifics, and collaborate with engineering while supporting sales and onboarding. You will be empowered to investigate undocumented issues, draft clear documentation, and guide clients through platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong client and technical communication skills.
• Hands-on with data layer and modern web tech.
• Ability to interpret logs, queries and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own, investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating when needed.
• Resolve data discrepancies (RTB reporting, impressions) with clients and developers.
• Serve as the go-to technical contact for the team and clients.
• Maintain internal process docs and provide feedback to Product on client docs.
