Intapp in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned Cloud Platform Product Manager to own the platform roadmap for Celeste, our AI-native infrastructure and data pipelines used by leading law and professional services firms. You will work with product, engineering, and other teams to translate needs into a prioritized strategy, prototype with AI tools, and guard against steering too far off course.

Position Overview

Intapp is at an inflection point. We just launched Celeste — our agentic AI platform built for the world's top law firms, private capital firms, and professional services companies. More than 2,700 firms globally rely on our platform, and we’re re‑architecting everything around AI‑native workflows. The Cloud Platform team is right at the center of that, and this role sits at the intersection of what we build and why.

What you will do

You will be the connective tissue between Cloud Platform and the rest of the business, working deeply with product, engineering, and other teams to understand what they actually need and ensuring our platform delivers it in the right order and way. You will:

• Own the platform roadmap and prioritize initiatives across the organization.
• Drive requirements intake from across the business and translate them into a coherent strategy.
• Use AI tooling to prototype, validate approaches, and cut through ambiguity faster.
• Pressure‑test technical approaches to prevent teams from going too far down the wrong path.
• Serve as the technical advocate for AI‑native infrastructure, architecture, and data pipelines.

What you will need

• Technical fluency – able to hold your own in a system‑design conversation, even if you’re not writing production code.
• Strong requirements and stakeholder management skills – you know how to get to what people actually need, not just what they asked for.
• Comfort with AI tools – you use them daily, you’re curious about where they’re going, and you can prototype or validate ideas with them.
• Experience owning a roadmap and defending prioritization decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of AI‑native architecture – enough to ask the right questions about how agentic systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure fit together.

Nice to have

• Background in cloud platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Experience working in regulated industries (legal, financial services, professional services).
• Hands‑on engineering background – even if it’s been a while.
