Intapp Portugal Lda. is seeking a Compliance Analyst with a strong interest in security GRC to join our Lisbon R&D center.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support security governance and manage compliance projects, including audits and third‑party risk assessments. You’ll review policies, perform control testing, and help maintain our security posture using Optro (TPRM, CrossComply) and Microsoft security tools.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in security compliance, governance, risk, or a related information security role.
• Experience managing security and compliance projects with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with third-party risk management, vendor assessments, contract reviews, and security testing.
• Familiarity with user access reviews, governance processes, and audit coordination.
• Experience with Optro, especially TPRM and CrossComply, and Microsoft security tools.
• Knowledge of information security concepts, security controls, and risk management principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar standards.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in fast-paced environments.

What you’ll do
