Intapp is at an inflection point, launching Celeste — our agentic AI platform designed for the world's leading law, private capital, and professional services firms. The Cloud Platform team is spearheading the shift to AI‑native workflows, and we need an SRE who can build and operate the infrastructure that powers AI agents handling sensitive workflows for major financial and legal clients.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability across our Azure‑based cloud platform and continuously improve it.
• Actively use AI tools to work smarter—faster root‑cause analysis, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, and predictive scaling.
• Deep‑dive production incidents, identify root causes, and build robust automation that persists.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ship resilient services at scale for regulated, compliance‑heavy customers.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation and ensure systems remain highly available.

Requirements

• Strong Azure experience running production workloads.
• Comfortable writing automation and building tooling—automation is part of your default mindset.
• Reliability‑first mindset: focus on why things break, not just on fixing them.
• Experience using AI tooling in ops or SRE contexts (personal projects count).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to SQL Server or PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Windows/IIS experience (part of our environment).
