DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure in Vilamoura seeks a Technical Operations Manager to lead the launch and growth of a Playhouses concept. You will ensure maintenance and performance of all technical systems across venues, including gaming equipment, audiovisuals, network, lighting and operations tech.

Lead preventive maintenance, coordinate with suppliers, supervise teams, and implement safety standards to support a seamless guest experience.

Qualificações

• Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Electronics, IT or a related technical field.
• More than three years of professional experience in technical or facilities management, ideally in entertainment, hospitality or leisure venues.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, plus experience coordinating suppliers and preventive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of technical systems and equipment, in compliance with operational requirements and industry standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults and issues, minimising operational downtime.
• Coordinate and monitor suppliers, repairs, installations, upgrades and future development projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and establish preventive maintenance and risk management plans.
• Monitor the technical condition of the facilities, maintenance records, inventories and mandatory documentation.
• Provide technical support, guidance and training to operational and management teams.

A DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure é a plataforma responsável pela gestão de ativos nas áreas de Hospitality, Sports e Leisure da Arrow Global em Portugal. Atualmente, assegura a gestão de várias unidades hoteleiras localizadas em Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira e Madeira, bem como do maior portfólio de golfe em Portugal, incluindo os campos de golfe de Vilamoura, PGA Aroeira Lisboa, Palmares e Vale Pisão. Internacionalmente, gere ainda dois campos de golfe na Sicília, integrados no destino Costa Ragusa. Para além destes ativos, é também responsável pela gestão do centro equestre de Vilamoura.

Devido ao contínuo crescimento da empresa, a Details pretende selecionar um/a Technical Operations Manager.

The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations during the launch and growth of a new Playhouses concept in Vilamoura. The role will ensure the maintenance and performance of all technical systems across the venues, including gaming equipment, audiovisual systems, network infrastructure, lighting and operational technologies.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Garantir o funcionamento seguro e eficiente dos sistemas técnicos e equipamentos, em conformidade com os requisitos operacionais e as normas do setor;
• Diagnosticar e resolver avarias/problemas técnicos e minimizar interrupções operacionais;
• Coordenar e acompanhar fornecedores, reparações, instalações, atualizações e futuros projetos de desenvolvimento;
• Realizar inspeções regulares e criar planos de manutenção preventiva e gestão de riscos;
• Monitorizar condições técnicas das instalações, registos de manutenção, inventários e documentação obrigatória;
• Prestar apoio técnico, orientação e formação às equipas operacionais e de gestão.

Principais Requisitos:

• Licenciatura ou qualificação profissional em Engenharia, Eletrónica, Tecnologias de Informação ou área técnica relacionada;
• Experiência profissional superior a 3 anos, em gestão técnica ou de instalações, idealmente em espaços de entretenimento, hotelaria ou lazer;
• Fortes competências de diagnóstico e resolução de problemas, coordenação de fornecedores/prestadores de serviços e planeamento de manutenção preventiva.

It currently manages several hotel properties located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira and Madeira, as well as Portugal’s largest golf portfolio, including the golf courses in Vilamoura, PGA Aroeira Lisboa, Palmares and Vale Pisão.
