WEbook, Inc. in Lisbon seeks a Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer to drive architecture and delivery for high-traffic Laravel/PHP backend systems. You will own system design, code quality, and engineering standards while mentoring teammates.

You'll collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensure production readiness, and continuously improve development workflows with a bias for automation and reliability.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering high-traffic platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical work for the squad, from design to production.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive deployment, performance, and reliability improvements.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems.
