SAP is seeking a Technical Landscape Owner within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization. You will develop a deep understanding of customer landscapes, plan and manage operations, and coordinate changes with Release Management to ensure high availability.

Join a ring-fenced delivery team responsible for over 80 productive systems in large HANA environments, driving continuous improvement and the productization of services through clear handover criteria and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in SAP landscape administration and operations.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage operations with customers and coordinate upcoming changes.
• Coordinate changes with the Release Management team and ensure high availability and landscape stability.
• Perform root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement and productize services through documentation and standardization.

You combine robust enterprise and technical architecture expertise with a genuine interest in helping customers realize business value through technology transformation. You bring robust SAP knowledge, technical depth, and a structured approach to problem-solving, with hands‑on experience operating SAP system installations across complex environments.

On the technical side, you bring:

• Excellent knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Administration and Operations, including cross‑dependencies and integration
• Ability to review system architectures and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Solid knowledge of the full technology stack - applications, databases, and server management
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or a comparable field

What You’ll Build:

As a Technical Landscape Owner, you’ll develop a deep comprehension of customer landscapes from both technical and business perspectives, including all interfaces. You'll work closely with customers to plan and manage operations. You'll coordinate upcoming changes with the Release Management team and coordinate execution accordingly. You'll ensure high availability by supporting service restoration in critical situations and working proactively to keep the landscape stable. You'll evaluate issues, conduct deep dives, and create root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement. You'll support the productization of services, including initial setup, documentation, and standardization where needed. You'll define handover criteria and ensure the operations team is ready before any customer GoLive.

Where You Belong:

You'll join the ECS MEE (Middle and Eastern Europe) organization within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. You'll be part of a ring‑fenced delivery team focused on a single large‑scale customer. The team provides end‑to‑end service across a landscape of more than 80 productive systems, including some of the largest HANA‑based environments at SAP.
