Zühlke Engineering AG, a global transformation partner, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Node.js) to join our Digital Solutions team in Porto. You will craft scalable, secure, and modern architectures for international clients, applying best practices and modern technologies across Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate in Agile teams, ensure high test coverage, and mentor junior engineers while embracing AI-driven improvements and DevOps practices.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Node.js and ecosystem (NestJS or similar).
• Excellent TypeScript/JavaScript knowledge; frontend tech (React/Next.js) ideal.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with Docker and microservices.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling.
• Automated testing and modern CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain modern web apps and cloud-native architectures using Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams; contribute to design, implementation and deployment.
• Ensure clean code, robust structure, and high test coverage.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architects and product owners.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
