Greenvolt Group is seeking a Technical Asset Management Associate to support the management, optimisation and value creation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. The role combines technical, operational and financial analysis to drive performance.

You will monitor asset performance, supervise O&M activities, identify optimisation opportunities and prepare reports for stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work regime in Lisbon and requires travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, asset management, project management or related field.
• Experience in asset performance analysis and investment evaluation.
• Knowledge of energy markets, PPAs and renewable energy assets valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of autonomy, accountability and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyse technical, operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets.
• Supervise preventive and corrective O&M activities.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support initiatives to maximise asset value and profitability.
• Perform forecasting and investment analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage commercial and contractual relationships with key counterparties.
• Monitor revenue streams, operational costs and asset budgets.
• Assess technical, commercial and financial risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Group departments, including development, construction, procurement, risk, sustainability and finance, throughout the asset lifecycle.

To contribute to the continued growth of Asset Management activities across the Group, Greenvolt is looking for a Technical Asset Management Associate to support the management, optimisation and value creation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, combining technical, operational and financial analysis.

Activities to be developed:

• Monitor and analyse the technical, operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets;
• Supervise preventive and corrective O&M activities;
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support initiatives to maximise asset value and profitability;
• Perform forecasting and investment analysis to support decision-making;
• Manage commercial and contractual relationships with key counterparties;

• Ensure assets comply with applicable HSE, ESG and Group policies;
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;

Requirements

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, asset management, project management, operation & maintenance or a related field;
• Experience in asset performance analysis and investment evaluation;
• Knowledge of energy markets, PPAs and renewable energy assets is valued;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High level of autonomy, accountability and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Driving licence and availability to travel from time to time;
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a plus
