Greenvolt is seeking a Technical Asset Management Associate to support the management, optimisation and value creation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, combining technical, operational and financial analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, at least 5 years of experience in renewable energy or asset management, and strong Excel skills. English fluency is mandatory with travel as needed.

Qualificações

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, asset management, or related fields.
Experience in asset performance analysis and investment evaluation.
Knowledge of energy markets, PPAs and renewable energy assets is valued.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High autonomy, accountability and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

Monitor and analyze the technical, operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets.
Supervise preventive and corrective O&M activities.
Identify opportunities to maximise asset value and profitability.
Perform forecasting and investment analysis to support decision-making.
Manage commercial and contractual relationships with key counterparties.
Monitor revenue streams, operating costs and asset budgets.
Assess risks and propose mitigation measures.
Ensure assets comply with HSE, ESG and Group policies.
Prepare performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal groups across asset lifecycle.
