Veeam Software is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for its Application Security program. You will structure, coordinate, and drive security initiatives across engineering teams, aligning priorities with measurable outcomes and risk management.

You will translate priorities into plans, manage dependencies, and report progress to leadership, using AI tools to enhance automation and efficiency. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management or a similar role.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and work independently.
• Working knowledge of software engineering and secure SDLC practices.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity or program execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Security certifications such as CISSP/CISM/GIAC are a plus.

• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes, including AI integrations.
