Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management or similar roles.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and work independently.
• Working knowledge of software engineering and security practices (secure SDLC, vulnerability management).
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automation.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Application Security programs across multiple teams.
• Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and outcomes.
• Coordinate work and dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolution.
• Establish and improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting.
• Clarify responsibilities and improve processes within the program.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage AI.
