Nokia is seeking a Senior Learning Solution Expert – Technology in Portugal, Hybrid. The role partners with leaders to translate business needs into capability-building, focusing on AI, Data Science and Networking learning journeys.

You will shape capability management, design scalable learning paths, and deliver trainings, including train-the-trainer, to enhance sales and technical teams while ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous portfolio evolution.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in training or coaching delivery.
• Strong communication, listening and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with networking ability.
• In-depth knowledge of Gen-AI and Data Science.
• Good business acumen and motivation for others.
• Curiosity and self-driven learning attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Capability and Competence Management: determine capability requirements vs. actuals per region and role; create training plans; track execution and report outcomes.
• Instructional Design: design scalable learning journeys and materials focused on technical skills; evolve technology learning portfolio.
• Training Delivery: ramp up trusted trainer pool; facilitate trainings (incl. train-the-trainer); ensure engaging learner experience and post-training follow-up.
