Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical network technical support, R&D, PLM, Professional Services, or equivalent role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with educational content development.
• Experience with class delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Creation of needs assessments.
• Development of course content, instructor guides, and lab guides.
• Delivery of classes to various audiences globally.

Conhecimentos

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English

Educational content development

Formação académica

Four-year university degree in Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Nokia optical certification or other industry-recognized optical certifications
