UMO is building a unified, AI-powered, human fintech platform across fiat, crypto, and investments. You will lead the Data squad, owning the data platform, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time services.

The role blends hands-on coding with architecture, data governance, and cross-team collaboration to deliver auditable, scalable data products. You’ll mentor engineers across Go and TypeScript, integrate AI tooling, and ensure production-ready data services that support global teams.

Qualificações

• Senior engineer with 5+ years leading an engineering team.
• Proficient in Go with concurrency, performance tuning, and idiomatic backend patterns.
• Experience building CDC/ELT pipelines and event-driven data architectures (NATS, Kafka).
• Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, guide, and grow a high-performing data and backend squad as Tech Lead.
• Define and evolve blueprints for a high-load data platform with ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time processing in Go.
• Architect data residency and segregation satisfying regulatory requirements with auditability.
• Design event-driven data flows and CDC pipelines from operational sources to the warehouse.
