UMO is building a unified, AI-powered money platform with a focus on regulatory compliance. You will lead the Data squad, own the data platform's technical direction, and deliver auditable data products in a high-load environment.

You will design ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time processing in Go, and ensure data residency across regulated jurisdictions while mentoring Go and TS engineers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Deep Go production-grade backend development expertise.
• Hands-on with CDC/ELT pipelines and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse for OLAP.
• Regulated FinTech data platform exposure is a plus.
• Experience applying AI tooling to accelerate design and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing data/backend squad.
• Own the technical direction of the data platform.
• Design robust ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time processing.
• Architect data residency and auditability into storage flows.
• Implement event-driven data flows using NATS, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
• Mentor engineers across Go and TypeScript stacks.
