Resumo da oferta

UMO is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for its back-office platform. You will lead a squad of fullstack developers, own end-to-end delivery, and shape the internal tools and admin consoles used to run a regulated money platform.

You will integrate across services, maintain a robust component system, and stay hands-on with weekly code delivery. You will work with AI-assisted development tools, ensure RBAC/audit trails, and drive autonomous milestones while communicating in English with global teams.

Qualificações

Internal tooling and admin platforms experience.
RBAC, maker-checker workflows, and audit trails experience.
Designing a coherent BFF layer across multiple services.
Ability to ship end-to-end autonomously.
Fluent English communication.
Bonus: Go, Terraform/Helm, Kafka/ClickHouse exposure.

Responsabilidades

Lead, guide, and grow a high-performing squad of fullstack developers, sharing product context and mentoring daily.
Own outcomes end-to-end, including dependencies on other teams; success is production features.
Run and scale the team and act as the technical lighthouse for your domain.
Stay hands-on and ship code weekly for the back-office/admin platform.
Design, build, and deliver internal tools, admin platforms, and ops consoles with RBAC and audit trails.
Own the BFF layer and integration breadth across squads.
Manage state synchronization and caching with PostgreSQL and Redis.
Maintain and scale component libraries and ensure clean architectural boundaries.
Co-own containerized delivery patterns using Docker, Kubernetes, and Flux.
