GRiT Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer/SRE for Portugal to join our tech passionate team. You will work on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, implement GitOps pipelines with ArgoCD or FluxCD, and manage CI/CD with GitLab/Gitea across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong Linux and Docker skills, and scripting in Bash, Python, or Go. Collaboration across development, operations, and delivery teams is essential for reliable deployments.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE required.
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes skills including RBAC, Ingress, networking and storage.
• Hands-on GitOps with ArgoCD and/or FluxCD; experience with Helm and Kustomize.
• Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Gitea).
• Good Docker and Linux environment knowledge; scripting in Bash, Python or Go.
• Experience with monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana; observability focus.
• Ability to collaborate with development, operations and delivery teams.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, including RBAC, Ingress, networking, and storage
• Hands‑on experience with GitOps practices using ArgoCD and/or FluxCD

• Experience supporting reliable, highly available infrastructure and deployment environments
• Ability to collaborate with development, operations, and delivery teams

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible
• Knowledge of Vault and secrets management
• Experience with logging and observability solutions such as Loki, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
• Experience with CI/CD security practices, including image scanning and secrets management
• Experience supporting deployments in customer on‑premise environments
