LGG Advisors is seeking an Associate Partner to originate and lead capital raising engagements in the Tech sector from Porto or Lisbon. You will manage an execution team and work with investors across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in Capital Raising / Corporate Finance (investment banking, boutique advisory or VC).
• Proven ability to originate mandates and networks with investors.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation and fundraising processes.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end capital raising mandates (equity, debt and hybrid) from origination to closing.
• Originate and convert new business opportunities leveraging your network.
• Oversee execution including investor materials, models, valuations and due diligence.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
