You'll manage a team while originating and driving client engagements across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Requires over 12 years of experience in Capital Raising or Corporate Finance, with a proven track record in the Technology sector. Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in Capital Raising / Corporate Finance, especially in Technology.
• Strong proven ability to originate mandates with a well-established network.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; multilingual capabilities a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end capital raising mandates while managing senior client relationships.
• Originate new business opportunities and oversee execution preparations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, mentoring junior team members.
