LGG Advisors is seeking an Associate Partner to originate and lead client engagements from its Porto or Lisbon offices, supported by Managers, Associates and Analysts. The role focuses on high-level advisory projects in M&A and Corporate Finance and requires leading and closing transactions with an international client base across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance (investment banking or boutique advisory).
• Originating mandates with an established network of entrepreneurs, corporates, or private equity funds.
• Strong expertise in valuation, financial modelling, transaction structuring, and managing full deal processes end‑to‑end.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus, with strong communication skills in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end M&A mandates (sell-side, buy-side) as lead advisor from origination through closing, managing senior client relationships.
• Originate and convert new business opportunities, leveraging your network to secure mandates and expand accounts.
• Oversee execution, including marketing materials, financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence, negotiations and structuring.
• Act as primary client contact while mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery and scalable execution.
