Job summary

LGG Advisors in Portugal, with offices in Porto and Lisbon, is hiring an Associate/Partner to originate and lead client engagements in M&A and Corporate Finance across Europe, the US and the Middle East. You will manage an execution team while maintaining senior client relationships, directing marketing materials, financial models, due diligence and deal structuring.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of M&A experience, an established deal origination network, and fluent English; other languages

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in M&A/Corporate Finance with a track record as lead advisor.
• Proven ability to originate mandates and build an international network.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A mandates (sell-side, buy-side) and manage senior client relationships.
• Originate and convert new business opportunities leveraging your network.
• Oversee execution including marketing materials, financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence and structuring.
• Act as primary client contact while mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
