Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects within deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and allocate resources effectively
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
