SeaLink in Almada, Portugal seeks a Teamlead to guide a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will mentor staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams and report to management in a dynamic, global environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in team leadership, strong communication skills, and hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with JIRA and MS Office. Fluency in English is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a Teamlead or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient with PM tools such as JIRA and MS Office.
